BBC Culture a publié une liste des cent plus grands films du 21ème siècle. Pour ce sondage le media anglais a reçu des réponses de 177 critiques de tous les continents sauf l'Antarctique. Certains sont de journaux ou de magazines spécialisés , d'autres écrivent principalement pour les sites web . Les universitaires et les personnalités du cinéma sont bien représentés aussi. La liste finale comprend dix-sept films avec des bandes originales de compositeurs Music Sales, ou des musique sous licence et des placements de chansons de nos catalogues. Les voici :
